This beautiful  flower from the Nile region of Sudan steeps a bright red brew and offers up a tart, tangy, refreshing cup. It contains vitamins A & C and is a healthy drink for replacing electrolytes after a workout. It is also known as Jamaica Red, and is delicious hot and served over ice.
